REformer Pilates Classes
Reformer: This is a group apparatus class using the Reformer. You will receive a full body workout and work at your own intensity. The Reformer is a platform style piece of equipment that uses different springs to create resistance or assistance. Activities on the Reformer help to strengthen and mobilize the body by using different spring combinations. Some experience using the Reformer may be helpful to join the class, but beginners are welcome too. Contact us to schedule and introductory session prior to attending class.
5 Class Package
Preregistration is required to attend each class. Classes run 50 minutes.
A minimum of 2 private sessions is required prior to joining a group Reformer class. If you are new, please start with an Introductory Pilates Package.
MAT Pilates Classes
Enjoy the simple effectiveness of Pilates by joining our Group Mat Classes. These sessions are designed to provide an affordable, yet practical way to experience the benefits of Pilates. You will strengthen your body and relax your mind with this 50-min class.

Mat Class Descriptions
PHIIT Mat: Pilates high intensity interval training improves your strength and physical endurance by combining the principles of Pilates with full body conditioning. PHIIT Mat class is done on the mat using different props, such as resistance bands, and foam rollers. PHIIT is great class to add to your existing fitness routine, can promote weight loss or done in preparation for an upcoming sport season.
Mixed Level Mat: This mat class welcomes all levels of exercisers. This class frequently uses props such as fitness balls, resistance bands, the Magic circle, and soft foam rollers to enhance exercise benefits. It is developed to provide a well-rounded class that includes core recruitment, arm & leg work, stretching, balance, and coordination, and will leave both beginner and more advanced clients feeling confident and challenged.
BACK Basics: This mat class is designed for those who are looking to strengthen their back and surrounding core muscles, which include the abdominal group, muscles of the lower back,and hips. Adjustments are made to ensure spine health and safety. This class frequently uses props such as fitness balls, bands, the Magic circle, and soft foam rollers to enhance your benefits. This is a great place for those new to movement seeking rehabilitation.
