Core and More is conveniently located in Wilbraham, Massachusetts. We offer classes and sessions Monday through Saturday in the mornings and evenings. Our intimate setting allows for personalized attention. We offer group mat and apparatus classes, and individual sessions for people at all levels and abilities. Pilates can be incorporated into your current fitness routine or help you to return to fitness.
